I work with leaders and teams to develop leadership capability, strengthen collaboration and navigate change — combining practical organizational experience with systemic, experiential and human-centred approaches.

leadership and team development for organizations navigating change

Where I can help

Develop a leadership style that feels clear, confident and genuinely your own.

Leadership brings challenges that go beyond knowing what good leadership looks like. New responsibilities, difficult conversations, uncertainty and competing expectations can test how we lead in practice.

I support emerging and established leaders in exploring their leadership style, understanding the patterns that influence their behaviour, and finding more grounded ways to navigate the situations they face.

Topics may include:

  • Leadership identity and personal leadership style

  • Transitioning into a leadership role

  • Balancing clarity, determination and empathy

  • Self-awareness, assumptions and recurring patterns

  • Communication, boundaries and difficult conversations

  • Decision-making and leading through change

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Help people understand each other better and work together differently.

Even capable, well-intentioned teams can get stuck in recurring tensions, misunderstandings or ways of working that no longer serve them.

I facilitate meaningful conversations and experiential learning that help teams explore different perspectives, recognize interaction patterns, and develop more constructive ways of communicating and collaborating.

Topics may include:

  • Communication and collaboration

  • Trust and openness

  • Different perspectives and working styles

  • Recurring tensions and difficult conversations

  • Team dynamics and unspoken assumptions

  • Shared expectations and team effectiveness

TEAM ALIGNMENT & CHANGE

Create clarity and a shared direction when things are changing.

Growth, new priorities, changing roles and organizational transitions affect more than structures and processes. They also influence how people understand their roles, relate to one another and make decisions together.

I create space for teams to explore what is changing, surface different perspectives, clarify expectations and work out what moving forward together could look like.

Topics may include:

  • Alignment around priorities and shared direction

  • Changing roles and responsibilities

  • Team transitions and organizational growth

  • Different expectations and interpretations of change

  • Navigating uncertainty and competing perspectives

  • Clarifying how to work together going forward

Business reality meets human dynamics.

How I work

I bring together practical organizational experience and curiosity about what shapes how people lead and work together.

Because leadership challenges are rarely only about leadership. Team tensions are rarely only communication problems. And change processes are rarely only about strategy.

I use meaningful conversations, facilitated reflection, experiential exercises and practical tools to help people explore what's happening, understand different perspectives and experiment with new ways of responding.

I don't start with a predetermined method. I start with the challenge, the people involved and what would be useful in their context.

The format follows the need — not the other way around.

Formats

The work can take different forms, depending on the challenge and what would be most useful.

  • Leadership coaching — individual support for leaders navigating new responsibilities, challenging situations or questions about their leadership style.

  • Focused team workshops — facilitated sessions addressing a specific challenge, such as communication, recurring tensions or alignment.

  • Team days and offsites — more space for reflection, connection and working together differently.

  • Facilitation — structured conversations that help groups explore perspectives, clarify issues and move towards shared understanding.

  • Ongoing development — tailored programmes and follow-up sessions that build on initial insights and support their application in practice.

Every engagement starts with understanding your context, your people and what you want to achieve.

Let's talk.

Are you developing leaders, working through a team challenge or navigating organizational change?

Let's explore what's happening and what kind of support would be useful for your situation.

No commitment. Just a first conversation to understand what you need.
