1:1 COACHING

You don't always need a plan.

Sometimes you just need space to hear yourself.

Coaching is not about fixing you.
It is about giving you space.

Sleeping Infant

Sometimes you need space to hear yourself.

A space where you don't have to perform.

Where you don't have to have the right answer.

Where you can say the thing you haven't quite been able to say anywhere else.

When something is shifting

You might come to coaching because:

  • you are standing at a crossroads

  • something in your work or life no longer feels right

  • you are navigating a transition

  • you are questioning a decision

  • you keep finding yourself in the same patterns

  • you want to understand yourself more deeply

  • you know you want something to change, but don't know what

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formulated goal.

Sometimes the first step is simply becoming curious about what is actually going on.

We look beneath the obvious together.

Together, we might explore  your thoughts and beliefs, your emotions and reactions, your relationships and patterns, and what your body is telling you.

Because sometimes the answer isn't another strategy.

Sometimes it is seeing something you hadn't seen before.

Or allowing yourself to acknowledge something you already knew.

Depending on what emerges, I may also bring in systemic or experiential practices — including constellation work — when they offer a useful way of looking at the situation from a different perspective.

This isn't about giving you the answers, fixing you, or turning you into a ‘better’ version
of yourself.

It's about helping you develop more awareness, choice and trust in your own capacity to navigate what comes next.

SYSTEMIC

We look at the bigger picture.

Not just the “problem”, but the web of relationships, expectations and patterns around it — so what’s really going on can come into view.

My way of coaching

I bring together systemic, experiential and embodied approaches.

EXPERIENTIAL

We don't stay only in the head.

We slow down, reflect and try things out in the moment, so you can experience new perspectives instead of just thinking about them.

EMBODIED

We listen to your whole self.

Your body, emotions and senses often know things before your mind catches up. We make space for those signals, gently and at your pace.

What coaching with me is not

Walking On Dock

I won't tell you what you should do.

I don't have a five-step formula for becoming your best self.
And I don't believe you need to become someone else.

My role is to walk alongside you, ask the questions that might otherwise remain unasked, notice what is happening beneath the surface, and create a space

where you can meet yourself more honestly.

From there, something can change.
