ROOT2UNFOLD
What if growth isn't about becoming someone else —
but about coming back to yourself?
Root into yourself. Unfold from there.

We live in a world that constantly asks us to become more.
Â
More successful.
More productive.
More confident.
More resilient.
More.
Â
Root2Unfold starts from a different question:
What if growth isn't about becoming someone else — but about coming back
to yourself?

What does it mean to root?
To root is to come back to what is real.
To notice what you actually think, feel and need — beyond expectations, roles and the stories you've learned to tell about yourself.
It means becoming more aware of your patterns, your relationships, your body, your boundaries and the ways you respond when life gets challenging.
Not to judge any of it.
Just to see it.
Because awareness gives us something that automatic patterns don't: choice.
And what does it mean to unfold?
To unfold is to allow something to emerge.
We don't always need another framework, another goal or another version of ourselves to work towards.
Sometimes, when there is enough space and awareness, something already within us becomes easier to hear.
A different way of leading.
A conversation we have been avoiding.
A boundary we need to set.
A direction that feels more like our own.
A way of being with others that feels more honest.
Unfolding isn't passive. It asks for curiosity, courage and sometimes change.
But the direction doesn't come from becoming who you think you should be.
It comes from getting closer to who you are.

AUTHENTICITY
Coming closer to what is true for you - rather than automatically adapting to what is expected of you. And expressing yourself from that place of truth.
My work is structured around three principles:
What does this mean in practice?

CONNECTION
With yourself, with others and with the systems and environments you're part of. Because meaningful change rarely happens in isolation.

FREEDOM
Creating enough awareness to have choices. To respond rather than simply react.
To make decisions from a place that feels more genuinely your own.

SYSTEMICALLY
We are never just individuals.
Â
We are part of relationships, teams, families, organizations and wider systems.
Â
We look at the patterns that emerge between people as well as the hidden dynamics that lie beyond the surface — not only what happens inside one person.
How we can work together

EXPERIENTIALLY
Some things become clear when we experience them, not when we simply talk about them.
Â
So we create opportunities to notice, experiment, reflect and try something different.

Safely moving out of our comfort zone.

EMBODIED
We don't only think our way through life.
Â
Our bodies are constantly giving us information — through sensations, emotions, tension, energy, impulses and reactions.
Â
Learning to listen to that information can open up another layer of awareness.

The same applies everywhere
The same human questions show up everywhere.
Â
In working with others, they might sound like:
-
How do I lead without losing myself?
-
Why do we keep having the same conversation?
-
What are we not saying?
-
What does this team need now?
-
How can we work together in a way that brings out the best in all of us?
Â
In an individual coaching space, they might sound like:
-
What do I actually want?
-
Why do I keep repeating this pattern?
-
What would change if I stopped living according to what I think I should do?
Â
Different contexts. Different questions.
Â
But underneath them is something similar:
How can we become more aware of what is happening — and from that awareness, find a way forward that is more genuinely our own?
Â
This is why your corporate and personal work belong together.
